Job Description As Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the luxury vehicle sales strategy, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an impeccable customer experience in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the luxury vehicle sales strategy, aligned with the company's global objectives.
- Direct, train, and develop a team of sales consultants to optimize performance and the customer experience.
- Set annual sales targets, develop budgets, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
- Convert leads into sales and build loyalty among VIP clientele and private partners through personalized service.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and CRM teams to optimize campaigns, client follow-up, and loyalty programs.
- Manage relationships with the financing, after-sales service, and administration departments to ensure a smooth and frictionless buying journey.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle market trends and competitor offerings; represent the brand at events and demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and service standards, and uphold showroom operational excellence.
Profile sought
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury vehicle sales and in team management, ideally in the luxury sector.
- Experience in leadership, coaching, and development of teams; ability to inspire and achieve ambitious results.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; customer- and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
- French-English bilingual is an advantage; ability to interact with local and international clientele.
- Knowledge of sales, financing, and after-sales service processes related to new and used luxury vehicles.
- Availability to participate in private events and occasional travel; valid driver's license.
- Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a highly demanding environment.
