John Scotti Luxury Prestige, based in Kirkland, Quebec, is a recognized leader in the luxury vehicle industry and in premium customer experiences. To support our growth and offer an unparalleled customer experience, we are seeking a Sales Director - Luxury Vehicles.

Job Description As Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the luxury vehicle sales strategy, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an impeccable customer experience in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the luxury vehicle sales strategy, aligned with the company's global objectives.
  • Direct, train, and develop a team of sales consultants to optimize performance and the customer experience.
  • Set annual sales targets, develop budgets, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Convert leads into sales and build loyalty among VIP clientele and private partners through personalized service.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and CRM teams to optimize campaigns, client follow-up, and loyalty programs.
  • Manage relationships with the financing, after-sales service, and administration departments to ensure a smooth and frictionless buying journey.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle market trends and competitor offerings; represent the brand at events and demonstrations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and service standards, and uphold showroom operational excellence.

Profile sought

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury vehicle sales and in team management, ideally in the luxury sector.
  • Experience in leadership, coaching, and development of teams; ability to inspire and achieve ambitious results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; customer- and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
  • French-English bilingual is an advantage; ability to interact with local and international clientele.
  • Knowledge of sales, financing, and after-sales service processes related to new and used luxury vehicles.
  • Availability to participate in private events and occasional travel; valid driver's license.
  • Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a highly demanding environment.
