Sales Director — Mercedes-Benz Boucherville Main Mission

The sales director is responsible for the overall performance of the sales department. They plan, direct, and supervise sales activities to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals, while maintaining the standards of excellence and the high-end image of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and Leadership • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales representatives team. • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. • Ensure ongoing training and coaching of the team to optimize individual and collective performance. Sales Strategy and Performance • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for new and used vehicles. • Set sales targets and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). • Analyze results and adjust action plans to meet or exceed established objectives. Customer Experience • Ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with Mercedes-Benz standards. • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Manage complex situations with professionalism and diplomacy. Operational Management • Work closely with the finance, service, and senior management departments. • Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures. • Keep abreast of market and competitor developments to adapt sales strategies.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Requirements • Significant experience in sales management, ideally in the automotive or luxury sector. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Results-driven and customer service oriented. Assets • Experience in a high-end environment. • Knowledge of automotive manufacturer standards and processes. • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
