Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the sales department by ensuring the implementation of processes and procedures, while managing the sales team to guarantee optimal customer reception and a high level of satisfaction;

  • Support sales from negotiation to closing, in collaboration with the advisors and the after-sales service;

  • Train and supervise the advisors to optimize their performance and ensure client follow-up, while encouraging ongoing training through regular meetings and manufacturer programs;

  • Analyze and monitor performance, reporting to management and organizing regular meetings;

  • Ensure logistics management, including key security and vehicle availability;

  • Handle customer complaints and maintain excellent customer relationships;

  • Collaborate with the Service Director to ensure the rapid preparation of vehicles for delivery;

  • Meet with the General Manager to analyze monthly forecasts and performance reports of the department and the sales team;

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications and required skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto sales, ideally in used-vehicle management;

  • Strong leadership and team management skills;

  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English to meet the needs of a bilingual clientele;

  • Advanced skills in selling, negotiation and interpersonal relations;

  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and exemplary customer service;

  • Ability to proactively solve problems;

  • Excellent team management, combining organization, high-quality customer service, respected leadership and a caring and effective approach;

  • Team spirit and commitment to common goals.
