As a Senior Service Retention Specialist, you will develop strategies that foster loyalty and growth within BMW Group Canada’s service business. The role connects CRM, Marketing, Retailers, Sales, Pre-Owned, IT, and regional teams to create targeted opportunities. You will guide Service Inclusive, Value Service Packages, and customer conversion initiatives.

- Develop customer retention programs for BMW and MINI service

Requirements
- College automotive degree or university business or management degree
- Minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably automotive
- Superior analytical and project management skills
- Strong automotive technical, selling, and relationship-building knowledge
- Microsoft Excel and SAP proficiency with worldwide travel ability
