Point S - Radial Tire Center La Prairie, located in La Prairie, Quebec, is seeking a Technical Advisor to join its dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their needs regarding tires and auto maintenance.
- Advise customers on products and services (winter/summer/all-season tires, wheel alignment, balancing, mounting/dismounting, general maintenance).
- Diagnose issues and propose suitable solutions, with clear explanations and cost estimates.
- Prepare and present quotes and follow up on interventions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to plan interventions and achieve service and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, cleanliness, and organization of the workshop.
- Participate in training and share knowledge about products and techniques.
Profile Sought:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a tire center or automotive environment.
- Excellent customer service and sales advisory skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of tires, mounting, and vehicle maintenance; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Motivated to learn and develop professionally; ongoing training available.
- Valid driver's license; availability to work according to the center's hours.
