Job Description
- Greet customers and understand their technical needs; explain the planned interventions and timelines, and direct them to the appropriate services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop team: interpret requests, propose suitable solutions, and prepare accurate estimates.
- Ensure quality customer service: track repairs, communicate updates, and guarantee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians and the supervisor to schedule appointments and optimize service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures and advise customers on preventative maintenance.
- Contribute to customer loyalty and identify opportunities for maintenance or additional services when appropriate.
Profile Sought
- Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar role or in technical advising within an auto shop.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to simplify technical information.
- Team spirit, organization, and ability to prioritize requests while managing multiple files.
- Good general knowledge of vehicles and maintenance procedures; autonomy and solution-oriented.
