We are recruiting a Technical Advisor for our Canadian Tire auto center – Greenfield Park, located in Longueuil, Quebec. Join a dynamic team that places customer service and technical reliability at the heart of its commitment to local communities.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers and handle information and requests related to services.
- Follow up on ongoing cases and ensure a pleasant and smooth customer experience.

- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of the Costar software is an asset.
- Motivated to grow within the automotive environment and support team objectives.
