Job Description
Montréal-Est Toyota, located in Pointe-aux-Trembles and a member of Tremblay Auto Group, is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team. Join a dealership known for service excellence and Toyota caliber, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Main responsibilities
- Greet customers arriving for service or repairs, understand their needs and document requests precisely.
- Clearly explain proposed repairs and interventions, present options and estimate costs and timelines.
- Plan and coordinate work orders with the shop, ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.
- Assess needs for additional services and promote Toyota service programs while adhering to warranties and promotions.
- Track vehicle status, follow up with customers, and ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
- Adhere to manufacturer procedures, safety standards and service performance objectives.
Profile
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role (technical advisor/service) at a car dealership or workshop.
- Excellent customer service, communication and ability to simplify technical information.
- Team spirit, ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and to work collaboratively with technicians.
- Knowledge of work order management systems and computer tools; knowledge of Toyota vehicles or hybrids is an asset.
- French/English bilingualism preferred; strong writing and negotiation skills.
