Acura Montreal Centre is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team!
Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the service department and open work orders.
- Follow up on work and close the work orders.
- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the courtesy vehicle fleet.
- Answer calls and schedule service appointments.
- Track parts ordered from suppliers for customers.
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranty policies, including prepaid maintenance plans.
- Handle requests related to extended warranties.
- Use the dealership’s various computer platforms efficiently.
- Provide professional and personalized customer service.
- Collaborate with technicians, parts department, and other team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Profile Sought
- Experience in the automotive industry (any relevant experience will be considered).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Organization skills, autonomy, and professionalism.
- Knowledge of computer tools.
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset).
