We are currently seeking a passionate and customer satisfaction-oriented Technical Advisor to join our after-sales team.

Your Mission

As the first point of contact in the service department, you will be the face of Volvo excellence and the conductor of an exceptional customer experience.

• Manage the reception at the Drive-Thru using our cutting-edge mobile applications, ensuring quick, modern, and frictionless case opening.

• Establish precise needs in the presence of the customer for impeccable transparency and clarity.

Advise with expertise: The trusted partner

• Act as a preferred consultant by promoting Volvo’s safety and maintenance standards as well as preventive programs.

• Enhance the customer experience by recommending a range of original accessories and seasonal protections perfectly suited to their vehicle and lifestyle.

Synchronize and inform: Real-time transparency

• Maintain close collaboration with technicians and workshop team to ensure deadlines are respected.

• Provide proactive and continuous communication with the customer about the progress of work to eliminate any doubts.

Elevate the delivery: Excellence until departure

• Offer a personalized key handover, detailing the invoice with transparency and clarity.
• Consistently aim for top satisfaction scores (OSAT / CSI) to turn each visit into natural loyalty for upcoming seasons — the ultimate One-Stop-Shop reference.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a technical advisor at an automobile dealership (experience with a luxury or imported brand is a plus).
• Experience with 100% electric vehicles: interested in technology to stay updated with advancements in this type of vehicles.
• Technological proficiency: Experience with modern mobile applications, taking photos and videos. Knowledge of X-Time, PBS, Google Suite.
• Interpersonal skills: Excellent listening skills, empathy, professional communication, and a strong problem-solving ability.
• Rigor and organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment while paying close attention to detail.
• Languages: Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) to serve a diverse clientele.
• Driver's license: Valid driving license required.
