We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Advisor to join our team at Ford Sorel-Tracy. In this key role, you will work closely with our customers to provide expert guidance on our products and services, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify customers' technical needs.
  • Provide tailored solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on the latest developments and advances in the automotive industry.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to maintain a durable and trusting relationship.

Required qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical field, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ford products would be an asset.
