Job description
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Service Director to join our team at Brossard Hyundai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our service operations, supervising our technical team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the service shop to ensure exceptionally high-quality service.
- In collaboration with the teams, ensuring the achievement of performance and quality objectives.
- Managing and training the technical staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Establishing action plans to improve service productivity and efficiency.
- Attending to and advising customers about the services offered, ensuring their needs are met and strengthening their loyalty.
- Analyzing performance reports and proposing initiatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Proficiency with computer tools used in the automotive service sector.
