Job description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Service Director who is ready to join our team within a leading company in the automotive sector. In this key role, you will be responsible for optimizing service operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing all service activities, including planning and resource management.
  • Implementing innovative strategies to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align service initiatives with the company's overall goals.
  • Analyzing performance and key success indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Training and mentoring service staff to foster a productive and engaging work environment.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of operational processes related to after-sales service.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your staff.
  • An analytical mindset, with problem-solving skills and a keen sense of customer service.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English.
