Ready to lead a high-performing service team in a dynamic and passionate environment? We are seeking an energetic and committed Service Manager to take our multi-brand motorcycle dealership to new heights.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians, technical advisors, and support staff
- Optimize department performance: productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and the quality of repairs and maintenance
- Manage warranty processes for multiple motorcycle brands
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- Implement efficient processes and continuously improve operations
- Work hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Saturdays during busy periods
Profile required
- Proven experience in service management (automotive, motor sports, or related fields)
- Inspiring leadership and talent development skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer focus and commitment to quality service
- Good technical knowledge of motorcycles (multi-brand experience is a significant advantage)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
