Audi West Island, an exceptional Audi dealership located in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Quebec, seeks a Workshop Manager / Supervisor to lead our workshop dedicated to the maintenance and repair of Audi vehicles.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise the daily activities of the workshop to optimize productivity, deadlines and the quality of repairs.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team of technicians and mechanics; assign tasks, monitor progress of work and ensure compliance with priorities.
• Ensure interventions comply with Audi standards, internal procedures and current safety regulations.
• Coordinate with after-sales service and technical advisors to estimate timelines, communicate results and propose solutions tailored to customers.
• Supervise quality control of the work and the setup of vehicles, including final inspection and verification of diagnostics.
• Manage stock and orders of original Audi parts in collaboration with the warehouse, to ensure a smooth flow of repair orders.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes and in the training and development of technicians' skills through training and supervision on Audi procedures, tools and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.

Profile sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in workshop supervision or in a similar role in the automotive field.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills; ability to work in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Audi vehicles and original parts is an advantage; strong learning ability and rapid adaptation to modern automotive technologies.
• Good organizational skills, analytical mindset and customer service orientation.
• Fluent French; technical English is an advantage.
• Proficiency with computer tools and workshop management systems (diagnostics, DMS/ERP) and ability to read diagrams and technical documents.
• Valid driver's license and availability according to operational needs.
