We are recruiting for the position of Branch Manager at NAPA Autopro - Centro mecánico de la Gare, located in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec. As an operational leader, you will manage our center and ensure excellent customer service in addition to supervising technical and administrative activities.

Job Description You will be responsible for the operational management of the branch, ensuring profitability, quality of service, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate teams and resources to achieve commercial and operational objectives while embodying the values and standards of NAPA Autopro.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all branch operations, ensuring compliance with financial and operational goals.
• Assume the role of shop foreman and coordinate the activities of technicians, advisors, and administrative staff to optimize workflows and maintain consistent work quality.
• Guarantee high-level customer service, manage complex situations, and contribute to customer loyalty.
• Implement and manage new process administration (procedures, documentation flows, reports, parts and order management) to improve efficiency and traceability.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement plans and local growth strategies in collaboration with the NAPA Autopro network.
• Manage human and material resources, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality, and company image.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to ensure operational and commercial consistency.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in branch management within the automotive or after-sales service sector.
• Degree in management, administration, automotive mechanics, or equivalent experience; additional training in management is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and customer service skills; strong organization and priority management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make effective operational decisions.
• Proficiency in French; functional English is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common software tools and management/ERP systems.
