Job Description
- Open and close work orders
- Prepare for the next day’s appointments
- Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Follow up on parts orders
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
- Submit claims related to extended warranties
- Manage several computer platforms
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry (any type of position)
- Passion for customer service and comfortable interacting with the public
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously
