We are recruiting a Tire and Wheel Installer to join Pneus Papineau, a qualified automotive service center specializing in mechanics and tires, located in Montreal on Papineau Avenue, near Plateau-Mont-Royal. Since 1999, we have been providing exceptional customer service and offer a wide selection of new tires and installations suitable for all types of vehicles (American, Asian, and European). Our workshop is equipped with the latest tools to ensure work that meets dealer standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, and replace tires on rims and vehicles.
- Install and balance tires, check the centering, pressure, and proper tightening.
- Inspect tire wear and wheel condition; report anomalies or maintenance needs.
- Prepare and organize tire and wheel orders; ensure traceability of parts.
- Keep the workshop clean and safe and adhere to safety procedures.
- Advise customers on basic maintenance questions and tire choices suitable for their vehicle.
Qualifications and Skills
- 0 years of experience required; on-site training provided.
- Good physical condition to handle heavy tires and wheels.
- Attention to detail, rigor, and safety consciousness.
- Team spirit and customer service orientation.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow technical procedures; fluent in French; English is an asset.
