Job Description
Use your 310S license and troubleshooting skills as an Automotive Mechanic maintaining UPS vehicles in Concord, Ontario. Work permanent full-time overnight shifts.
The Auto Mechanic 310S inspects, repairs, maintains, and diagnoses the UPS vehicle fleet. You will service diesel, propane, CNG, and gasoline vehicles. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM, at 2900 Steeles Avenue West.
Bring Red Seal certification, diagnostic ability, and fleet maintenance experience to UPS’s permanent overnight Automotive Mechanic position in Concord.
Responsibilities
- Inspect UPS diesel, propane, CNG, and gasoline vehicles
- Repair and maintain vehicles regularly and promptly
- Perform diagnostic tests on the UPS vehicle fleet
- Operate company vehicles within UPS facilities
- Test company vehicles on public roads
Requirements
- Valid Red Seal 310S license
- Essential automotive trade tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Clean driver’s abstract and successful pre-employment road test
