Because we specialize in one manufacturer group, our systems and processes are efficient, organized, and focused on getting claims approved faster for our dealer partners. As we continue to grow, we are adding experienced people to our team.
Position Overview We are looking for a Warranty Clerk who already has experience submitting Chrysler warranty claims in a dealership environment minimum 1 year.
This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility, stability, and to work with a professional warranty-focused team instead of handling dealership chaos daily.
Main Responsibilities • Submit and manage Chrysler warranty claims • Correct and resubmit rejected claims • Prepare Digital Imaging requests • Follow up on pending approvals • Communicate with dealership staff when needed
Requirements • Minimum 1 year experience with Chrysler dealership warranty claiming • Experience using Chrysler claim systems Dealer connect • Organized and detail-oriented • Self motivated • English and French required
