Ford St-Basile, a Ford dealership in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, is looking for a Web & Lead Management Specialist to strengthen our dynamic team. Built on our heritage and innovative image, we focus on customer experience and operational efficiency as the keys to our success.

Job Description

  • Manage and qualify incoming and outgoing web leads to optimize conversion rates and feed the sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with customers who abandon the purchase process (walk-outs) to maximize sales opportunities and re-engage prospects.
  • Conduct CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) calls to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Follow up with clients according to the lifecycle of leads and ongoing opportunities, in coordination with the sales team.
  • Update and maintain the CRM and databases accurately: activities, statuses, preferences, and appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize messages, scripts, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Produce regular reports on key performance indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of lead management processes.
  • Adhere to Ford St-Basile’s internal standards and policies, as well as confidentiality requirements.

Profile

  • 1 year of experience required in lead management, customer service, or prospecting/follow-up activities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and office suite; ability to handle multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
  • Relevant training (digital marketing, customer relationship management, administration) considered an asset.
