Job Description
Subaru Metropolitan, dealer of Tremblay Auto Group located in Saint-Léonard and serving Montreal, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cour Management Clerk to join its dynamic team. You will play a key role in operational efficiency by ensuring the organization, safety, and smooth flow of the yard activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the vehicle yard, parts, and tools.
- Move and park vehicles as needed by the sales and service teams, as well as transfers between lot areas.
- Check the condition of vehicles upon arrival and report any damage or non-compliance.
- Update vehicle movement and inventory records (receipts, departures, returns).
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to facilitate daily operations and deliveries.
- Ensure the supply of work areas and the safe handling of loads and equipment.
- Participate in general yard maintenance tasks (sweeping, snow removal in winter, waste management) and site security.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in yard management, logistics, warehouse, or related field; experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift loads; capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; autonomous and capable of prioritizing.
- Team spirit and good communication skills; ability to work in a customer-focused, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license; ability to operate and maneuver vehicles in a storage setting.
- Fluent spoken and written French; English is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools (Excel or inventory management systems) is a plus.
