Descripción del puesto

Abrir órdenes de trabajo;

Cerrar órdenes de trabajo;

Preparar las citas del día siguiente y gestionar la flota de vehículos de cortesía;

Contestar llamadas y programar citas;

Hacer seguimiento de las piezas en pedido;

Comprender y aplicar la garantía del fabricante, incluyendo los planes de mantenimiento prepagado;

Hacer solicitudes relacionadas con la garantía extendida;

Gestión de varias plataformas informáticas.

Requisitos del puesto:
