Buscamos un/a Auditor de Concesionarios Automotrices con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo remoto con base en Edmonton o Calgary, AB. Este contrato de 12 meses implica viajes frecuentes a concesionarios donde realizará auditorías de garantía, asegurará el cumplimiento de las políticas de garantía y ayudará a minimizar riesgos comerciales en la red de concesionarios. Revisará reclamaciones de garantía, analizará KPIs, preparará informes de auditoría, colaborará con la gestión del concesionario y realizará análisis de causa raíz para recomendar acciones correctivas.
