Responsabilidades
- Dirigir y controlar las operaciones diarias
- Evaluar las operaciones diarias
- Planificar y organizar las operaciones diarias
- Gestionar el personal y asignar tareas
- Estudiar investigaciones de mercado y tendencias para determinar la demanda de los consumidores, posibles volúmenes de ventas, y el efecto de las operaciones de los competidores en las ventas
- Determinar la mercancía y los servicios a vender
