Mont-Royal Chevrolet está actualmente buscando un(a) auxiliar contable a tiempo parcial para completar su equipo. Horario: De lunes a viernes 8:00 a 12:00 Salario: hasta 23$/h según experiencia
Principales responsabilidades **
- Realizar diversas tareas administrativas y contables diarias.
- Ingresar y verificar datos contables.
- Tramitar facturas, cuentas por pagar y documentos administrativos.
- Clasificar y archivar documentos.
- Realizar conciliaciones y verificaciones de cuentas según sea necesario.
- Preparar diferentes informes y seguimientos administrativos.
- Asegurar la precisión de la información ingresada en los sistemas.
- Colabarar con el equipo de contabilidad y los diferentes departamentos de la concesionaria.
- Realizar cualquier otra tarea administrativa requerida. Lo que buscamos:
- Experiencia relevante en contabilidad o administración; (experiencia en el sector automotriz, un plus)
- Buen dominio de Excel y facilidad con las herramientas informáticas;
