Como Gerente de Recursos Humanos, liderará las estrategias de RRHH que incluyen adquisición de talento, gestión, cumplimiento y compromiso de los empleados en un entorno de trabajo híbrido y dinámico.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Supervisar las funciones de RRHH para Canadá y Estados Unidos.
- Gestionar un equipo y guiar a colegas de Recursos Humanos y Nóminas.
- Liderar evaluaciones de desempeño y manejar investigaciones en el lugar de trabajo.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de liderazgo y la planificación de sucesiones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral relevante.
