Únete a un fabricante automotriz líder a nivel mundial en Kitchener como Ingeniero de Fabricación. Tu rol: Mejorar los flujos de procesos de la planta utilizando principios de ingeniería, realizar estudios de factibilidad y capacidad, aplicar principios de Lean Manufacturing y APQP, implementar acciones correctivas y colaborar con equipos multifuncionales. También mantendrás BOMs, realizarás auditorías y ayudarás al mantenimiento a cumplir con las demandas de los clientes de manera eficiente.
Calificaciones: 3-5 años en fabricación de alto volumen, título en ingeniería (mecánica/ fabricación), fuertes habilidades en CAD, experiencia con sistemas de gestión de calidad y ERP, conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing y automatización. Se valorarán candidatos con certificaciones industriales/de fabricación y experiencia en conformado de metales.
