Aquí están las tareas relacionadas con el puesto:
- Atender las llamadas telefónicas entrantes y redirigirlas;
- Recibir a los clientes y servir como centro de información;
- Cobrar las sumas adeudadas (caja, ventas y servicio);
- Ser responsable de una caja de dinero;
- Clasificar facturas, recibos, órdenes de trabajo, etc.;
- Realizar tareas relacionadas con la contabilidad (clasificación, ingreso de datos, etc.).
