Buscamos un representante de atención al cliente en automoción con fluidez en francés para ser el primer punto de contacto para nuestros clientes valiosos. Tu papel incluirá tareas administrativas como enviar presupuestos, crear órdenes de trabajo, hacer seguimiento a los clientes y gestionar facturación. Con al menos 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente, ayudarás a promover un servicio de calidad y a fomentar relaciones positivas.
Requisitos clave: Educación secundaria, hablar francés (obligatorio), buenas habilidades de comunicación y preferiblemente experiencia previa como asistente administrativo o en atención al cliente. Este es un contrato de 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión o conversión.
