En este puesto, serás responsable de realizar diagnósticos exhaustivos, comunicarte con el departamento de servicio y orientar a aprendices. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el departamento de repuestos y te enfocarás en brindar un servicio excepcional a nuestros valiosos clientes, respetando las normas de seguridad y los protocolos de calidad. Responsabilidades
- Diagnosticar vehículos y realizar las reparaciones necesarias
- Encontrar los repuestos adecuados en colaboración con el departamento de repuestos
- Asegurar el almacenamiento y etiquetado adecuados de todos los repuestos
- Comunicar oportunamente cualquier necesidad de reparación adicional
- Mantener la documentación de las órdenes de reparación clara y completa
Requisitos
- Debe contar con la certificación 310s de técnico de servicio automotriz
- Licencia de conducir válida de Ontario (G2 o G)
- Debe tener sus propias herramientas y botas con puntera de acero
- Excelentes habilidades informáticas y organizativas
- Disposición para trabajar eficientemente en situaciones de alta demanda
