Diagnosticar, ajustar, reparar o reacondicionar vehículos automotores.
Responsabilidades
- Confirmar los hallazgos con el supervisor para determinar si se debe reparar o reemplazar la unidad
- Hablar sobre el trabajo con el supervisor
- Inspeccionar y probar unidades mecánicas para localizar fallas y averías
- Inspeccionar unidades mecánicas para localizar fallas y averías
- Inspeccionar el motor mientras está en funcionamiento
- Revisar las órdenes de trabajo
- Probar los sistemas y componentes automotrices
- Ajustar, reparar o reemplazar piezas y componentes de sistemas automotrices
- Reparar o reemplazar unidades o componentes mecánicos
- Calcular el costo de las piezas y la mano de obra para realizar el mantenimiento y las reparaciones del vehículo
- Realizar servicios de mantenimiento programado
- Asesorar a los clientes sobre el trabajo realizado y las futuras reparaciones necesarias
- Completar informes para registrar los problemas y el trabajo realizado
- Brindar servicio al cliente
Requisitos
- Educación: aprendiz de segundo año o superior en técnico automotriz (oficial/Sello Rojo)
- Experiencia: 5 años o más, o experiencia equivalente
- Licencia de conducir vigente
