Your main tasks include:
- Welcoming clients at the dealership (transferring them to sales consultants);
- Coordinating and supervising each step of the internal sales process;
- Assessing trade-in vehicles;
- Finalizing transactions (“T.O.”);
- Authorizing transactions;
- Following up on dealership visits with sales consultants;
- Coaching and developing the sales team;
