We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional for the position of Auto Shop Dispatcher within our team in Montreal. This essential role contributes to the smooth operation of our shop and to customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Organize and plan repair and maintenance interventions for vehicles while respecting deadlines.
- Ensure effective communication between technicians, service staff, and customers to guarantee transparency in the repair process.
- Analyze service requests and establish priorities based on urgency and customer needs.
- Manage the shop’s resources, including task assignments to technicians and supervising the daily workflow.
- Keep technical records and activity reports up to date, ensuring the accuracy of information.
- Assist in identifying technical solutions and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a dispatcher in the automotive sector or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of workshop management systems, as well as vehicles and their maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- A team player, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
