Responsibilities:

Preparing customer purchase files

• Checking and assembling all necessary documents (contracts, income proofs, identification, etc.);

Delivery of new and used vehicles

Confirming customer appointments

Ensuring that the vehicle is ready for delivery and that the items mentioned in the sales contract are completed;

Following up on financial and accessory products;

Professionally and efficiently obtaining the customer's signature on documents;

Delivering the vehicle (explaining the components of the vehicle, new technologies, making customizations, etc.);

Giving a presentation of the after-sales service department to customers;

Scheduling the first service appointment;

Registering the vehicle with the SAAQ;

Collecting all final fees;

Answering all customer questions before they leave;

Ensuring the customer is fully satisfied;

Performing satisfaction follow-up after delivery;
