Tasks:
- Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries to our customers to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with the sales and after-sales service departments to ensure effective and smooth communication.
- Monitor the status of deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain an accurate database of deliveries and returns, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date.
- Provide support to customers by giving them information about delivery stages and answering their questions.
- Identify and implement improvements in the delivery process to optimize efficiency.
Desired Profile:
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry would be an asset, but is not mandatory.
