We are looking for a Delivery Attendant to join our team!
As part of your job, you will need to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering their vehicle in a professional manner and performing various support functions as requested by your supervisor:
— Follow up on customer satisfaction — Handle payment processing — Oversee the preparation for the delivery of every sold vehicle, ensuring that the chosen options have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional (tinted windows, markings, mats, etc.); — Ensure that items requiring installation are programmed; — Ensure that the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner’s manual, etc.); — Coordinate the delivery; collect the amounts due at delivery, offer a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce clients to the appropriate dealership staff, including the manager and technical advisor; — Carry out the delivery, explaining all the features of the car to the client including manufacturer’s warranty, services offered by the dealership, and customer satisfaction survey; — Quickly address customer issues or complaints by immediately informing the sales manager; — Actively participate in the follow-up and outreach program for owners to enhance customer loyalty; — Actively participate in various customer service-related tasks; — Support sales managers as needed;
— Perform other tasks as required and instructed by management.
The desired candidate presents themselves in a professional manner and has a neat appearance, as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Salary: Between $60,000/year and $80,000/year
