Nissan Gabriel Anjou is looking for a motivated and diligent Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Montreal. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing logistics flows and optimizing the delivery process for our vehicles.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing customer purchase files:

• Verifying and assembling all necessary documents (contracts, proof of income, identification, etc.)

Delivery of new and used vehicles:

• Confirming customer appointments
• Ensuring that the vehicle is ready for delivery and that the items mentioned in the sales contract are properly executed

Management of financial products and accessories:

• Following up on financial products and accessories

Document signing:

• Obtaining signatures on documents with the customer in a professional and efficient manner

Vehicle delivery:

• Presenting the components of the vehicle, new technologies, and making customizations
• Presenting the after-sales service department to customers
• Scheduling the first appointment for after-sales service
• Registering the vehicle with the SAAQ

Management of final fees:

• Collecting all final fees related to the transaction

Customer service:

• Answering all customer questions before their departure
• Ensuring that the customer is fully satisfied

Satisfaction follow-up:

• Conducting a satisfaction follow-up after delivery

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a similar role or in a logistics environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.
• Proficiency in computer tools and logistics management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
