We are looking for an energetic and experienced Bilingual Performance Consultant. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients while fostering the performance of AutoSync's Digital Advertising, Digital Retailing, Websites, and SEO product lines.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in developing strategic relationships within organizations, leading to strong retention rates, high adoption, and expansion opportunities.

This role will involve proactive daily account management, including strategic account planning, performance assessments, training, technical proficiency, and customer success problem-solving. This role will work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams within the dealership.

This position is designed for someone with a keen attention to detail, driven for success and customer satisfaction, articulate and credible, and metrics-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy - Develop a clear understanding of the client's business goals. Create and implement an effective digital strategy (website, digital advertising, SEO) that delivers online performance aligned with the client's business goals. Monitor performance, provide analysis, and become a trusted consultant and advisor.

  2. Monthly Performance Assessments - Consistently complete performance assessments per account guidelines to maintain the client relationship and monitor the effective performance of the client's product suite. Audit product performance and take action to align execution with strategy.

  3. Customer Engagement, Growth, and Retention - Build trust and strong relationships with the dealer. Ensure high levels of product adoption where applicable. Identify growth opportunities within the account portfolio. Mitigate potential cancellations through proactive retention efforts, and in the event of account cancellation, ensure a high account retention rate.

  4. Salesforce & System Compliance - Adhere to internal processes and ensure accurate and timely updates in Salesforce.

  5. Dealer Training - Train dealership staff to ensure strong adoption and engagement with AutoSync's software products. Present best practices and establish repeatable processes that align with dealer sales strategies. Ensure that training is engaging and interactive. Provide refresher/new features training to dealerships as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Education, Experience, and Technical Skills

  • Over 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing. Good knowledge of Web Solutions (CSS, HTML5, User Experience, Browser Compatibility, Landing Page Conversion Optimization), Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and/or SEO.
  • And/or over 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • And/or over 2 years of account management experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Google Adwords, Facebook Ads certifications preferred.
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative metrics to communicate progress, identify significant trends, and make compelling recommendations.
  • Experience in online media planning, media buying, or campaign management would be a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a must.
