Key Responsibilities:
- Track lease contracts that are nearing expiration and proactively communicate with clients to discuss renewal options.

- Provide informed advice on available vehicles, lease terms, and financing options to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of lease contracts and ensure rigorous tracking of deadlines.
- Participate in the implementation of customer loyalty strategies and continuous process improvement.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to recommend enhancements to the lease renewal program.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry or leasing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
