TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of motorcycles and scooters from top brands including Honda, Yamaha, Aprilia, Vespa, Piaggio, Kawasaki, and KTM.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver exceptional service and support to customers.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding maintenance schedules, repairs, and performance enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic or technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics and repair work.
- Certification in motorcycle mechanics or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and special tools for motorcycle repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail.
