In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by ensuring that our customers and technicians receive the right parts quickly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing automotive parts and accessories;
- Processing parts orders accurately and providing quotes for services and repairs;
- Maintaining organization within the parts department, including inventory management and reordering;
- Collaborating with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts are available on time, contributing to an outstanding service experience;
- Providing informed product and service recommendations to enhance the customer experience;
- Working hours: from Monday to Thursday, 36 hours per week.
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- At least one year of experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably in the automotive industry;
- A Class C skills card from CPA;
- Experience with Era Ignite;
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding client expectations;
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail;
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients;
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and repair functions;
- French is required, with functional English.
