In this role, you will play a key part in our operations by ensuring that our customers and technicians receive the right parts quickly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing auto parts and accessories;
- Accurately processing parts orders and providing quotes for services and repairs;
- Maintaining the organization of the parts department, including inventory management and restocking;
- Collaborating with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts availability within deadlines, thereby contributing to exceptional service delivery;
- Providing informed product and service recommendations to enhance the customer experience;
- Work schedule: 36 hours per week.
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- At least one year of experience as a parts advisor, preferably in the automotive industry;
- A Class C skills card from CPA;
- Experience with Era Ignite;
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding client expectations;
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail;
- Effective communication skills to collaborate efficiently with team members and clients;
- Basic knowledge of auto parts and repair functions;
- French is required; working proficiency in English.
