Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist - After Sales Service to join our team at Garage EMP in Saint-Jérôme. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and coordinating after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and respond to their requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information about our services and scheduling appointments for clients.
  • Work closely with the technical team to coordinate necessary repairs and services.
  • Process payment transactions and prepare the necessary documentation for each service performed.
  • Follow up with clients after service delivery to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, contributing to the professional atmosphere of the garage.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen sense of priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of computer tools and management software.
  • Positive and professional attitude, with excellent customer service skills.
