Details

As the Sales Director of new vehicles, you will lead a team of sales representatives and commercial directors with the ultimate goal of achieving the set sales objectives.

You will need to ensure an optimal closing rate by providing training, motivating employees, and conducting rigorous follow-ups with your sales team. You will also need to maintain customer satisfaction, both in terms of delivery compliance and after-sales service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise "T.O." transactions;
  • Approve transactions;
  • Oversee the team of assistant directors;
  • Evaluate exchanges;
  • Support sales representatives;
  • Ensure the operational efficiency of the dealership;
  • Produce daily reports;
  • Follow up with customers who visited the dealership;
  • Maintain a connection with the manufacturer;
  • Maintain current processes and apply new ones as needed;
  • Be responsible for achieving new vehicle sales targets.

The Sales Director of new vehicles may also be occasionally called to participate directly in meetings with clients. A specific target for this purpose will also be predetermined.

You must be able to work with a variable schedule, including evenings.

Required experience and/or qualifications:

  • Be recognized as excellent in closing sales;
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales director in the automotive field;
  • Have management experience;
  • Be customer service-oriented;
  • Have a high level of results orientation;
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated;
  • Have good communication skills;
  • Be responsible and autonomous;
  • Have a professional appearance;
  • Possess proven sales skills.

Salary: Up to 130k
