Convinced of the reliability of the Japanese brand, Mr. Réjean Losier opened his first dealership in 2003 in partnership with the Boisvert Group in the city of Blainville. This was the beginning of a great adventure!
We can say that the Losier Group, now the owner of 4 Mitsubishi dealerships as well as several recreational vehicle and used vehicle dealerships, has a bright future ahead. Therefore, we are constantly seeking new talents to join our teams.
• Ensure that sales objectives are met
• Support sales advisors throughout the sales process
• Meet with customers and ensure that the service is outstanding
• Hold regular meetings with the sales team for processes and results
• Train and motivate the staff under his supervision as well as encourage teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process
• Monitor new and used vehicles sold
• Monitor the CRM for all customers ("walk-in", phone, etc.)
• Follow up with the BDC for incoming leads
• Ensure smooth deliveries and customer survey results
• Conduct official performance evaluations of the staff under his supervision at fixed intervals
• Follow up, as needed, with all potential buyers by creating, implementing, and closely monitoring a sales control and customer research system
• With precise measurement units, he is able to know at all times the performance of his team and each sales advisor
• Exchange vehicles between dealerships
• Collaborate with the sales team on programs to enhance the gross profits of new vehicles and the penetration of after-sales marketing (finance and insurance)
