Job description

As the Sales Director, you will be a key player in defining and implementing the sales strategy of our company, a leader in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our distribution network while ensuring sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual sales plan in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement corrective measures to ensure the achievement of goals.

  • Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics as well as sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and formulate strategies based on results.
  • Proven leadership with a results-oriented approach and a strong motivation to achieve ambitious goals.
