We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Director, specialized in the high-end vehicle sector, to join our team in the west of Montreal. This key role is intended for a professional capable of leading and motivating a team while developing innovative sales strategies to achieve our ambitious goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales performance of our range of high-end vehicles.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor product offerings and maximize sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the purchasing process, guaranteeing top-quality service.
- Participate in the planning and organization of promotional events to increase product visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and after-sales service departments to ensure consistency in sales initiatives and customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record in vehicle sales, preferably in the high-end vehicle segment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Solid knowledge of sales strategies and trends in the automotive market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on market trends.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
