Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure profitability, quality of customer experience, and performance of the sales department
- Supervise and support the team of advisors
- Ensure field presence through individual coaching
- Plan objectives and ensure follow-up
- Optimize existing processes for efficiency
- Analyze reports related to sales and customer satisfaction
- Ensure cohesion between different departments
